This fender mount adapter is designed to fit right into factory license plate location. It has the exact same bolt pattern as the factory FLT and FLH. It can also be easily mounted to any aftermarket fender. This part mounts the following Hitech (only) fender mounts to your bike: All Pirana lights (PR22500, PR22508) The following Vipers: Viper, Flat and Radius with Dual light and Viper , Flat and Radius Plate holder (VP22408, VP22414, VPF22408, VPF22414)
